Welcome to Aesthetics By Leeloo! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow other clients the opportunity to book.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

2. Payments & Refunds

We are a cash-only business. Full payment is required at the time of service. We do not accept card payments or deposits.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services performed.
If you experience an adverse reaction to a treatment, please contact us immediately to discuss potential solutions.

3. Liability & Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before receiving treatments.
Aesthetics By Leeloo is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or improper aftercare.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons.

4. Copyright & Content Use

All content, including images, branding, and service descriptions, is the property of Aesthetics By Leeloo and may not be used without permission.
Client photos may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes with a signed Photo Release Form. Clients may opt out of photo use by indicating their preference on the photo release form.

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
Any violations of this policy may result in refusal of service and a permanent ban from booking future appointments.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

At Aesthetics By Leeloo, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds for both services and products.

Services

Due to the nature of our treatments, all service sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a treatment has been performed.
If you experience an adverse reaction or have concerns, please contact us immediately at Info@AestheticsByLeeloo.ca or 647-216-4636, and we will assess the situation to determine an appropriate solution.
Results may vary based on individual skin types and adherence to aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control.

Products

Returns & Exchanges: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a store credit or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and beauty products.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, it must be returned in exchange for a replacement or store credit towards another retail item or credit towards next facial. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange the return.
Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please email Info@AestheticsByLeeloo.ca with your order details and reason for the return.
